Hi! My name is Marianne Bridgeman. I'm based out of the Bay Area. My company's name is Healthy Inner Beauty.

I am a holistic health coach and natural food chef. I work with women who feel challenged in getting the body they want, deciding which foods work for their unique body, who are ruled by cravings, and they don't have enough time to make health a priority.

What makes my approach unique is I give them solutions with huge results through small changes. If women are tired of feeling sluggish, jeans not fitting, being deprived of favorite foods and ready to fall in love with eating so they can get their sexy glow back then I'm your expert.
