Hello, my name is Josh Perlman and I am new to Biznik. Just trying to get my name and business out there.

In short, I help make people happier at work.

Everyone has opportunities to improve their workplace environment...whether it's improving a dysfunctional relationship with a peer or boss, revising an inefficient work process, or gaining direction around goals and expectations...there are always things that can be better. Believe it or not, you have more control and influence than you think.

I provide personal coaching services to individuals and organizations who are interested in improving performance and results. I help people to take more control of their lives by setting solid, measurable, results-oriented goals and establishing plans to achieve them.
