Subscribe to Introduce your bad indie self Starting a cafe

Have you ever wanted to start your own Cafe? I just did, 4 months ago. Wow, was I surprised with the emotional roller coaster i got on. It's tough at times and pure bliss at times. I love it though...a lot! I also love roller coasters. If you have any advise for me, please send it my way or if you want to ask me a question, please feel free.

Congratulations, Justin. I wish you the best. Where is your cafe? I'd like to stop in. A friend of mine, Shane Philips, might be able to help you. He's a fellow Bizniker and is pretty adept at credit card processing and saving his clients money. Let me know if you'd like an introduction.

Justin. Congrats, that's got to be thrilling. And my advice ... don't count the pennies.

Seriously. When you are closing out your till at the end of a long day, cast the pennies aside into a number ten tin can--don't bother counting them, you have many more important things to tend to then whether or not your till balances to the penny.

Someday you'll tote all those pennies to the bank and let THEM count 'em. And buy yourself a nice treat.

Good job Justin and good luck!

Leila, maybe you should write an article on the importance [or unimportance] of pennies! ;]
