What does it take to grow to the next level?
Executives and organizations usually reach a plateau where further growth depends on a willingness to self-assess, adapt, focus and make wise decisions. Sometimes the person in charge is unable to scale to the next level but often it just takes a commitment to listen and change. I'm always trying to identify senior managers who understand the benefit of outside facilitation to improve their planning and organizational growth process.

Hi, Matthew -- we moved here from the Washington, D.C. area four years ago. Absolutely love it! We live downtown and have found it to be a very supportive community both professionally and artistically. I even did a one-man play at the local theatre earlier this year (Romancing the Buddha - book and video on amazon.com) and we also coordinate the MS Walk on the island.

I'll keep my ear to the ground for your kind of clients. I usually work with folks like Biznikians, but you never know.
