Business Planning Workshop

SUSTAYNE is an accelerated, intensive business planning workshop that focuses on the holistic bottom line—successfully combining mission and profitability. Participants gain the knowledge and tools necessary for sustainable business analysis, planning, and development.

Available to non-profit organizations, social entrepreneurs, businesses and governmental agencies, SUSTAYNE is a practical, time-tested process. All workshops are facilitated by SUSTAYNE Certified Consultants, specially trained individuals with a broad background and passion for innovative, mission-based business strategies, with additional contributions from local business and funding professionals.

SUSTAYNE is a cost-effective alternative for developing feasible sustainable businesses, far richer in guidance and resources than the do-it-yourself-outlines, and more hands-on and economical than hiring external consultants. Interactive workshops incorporate group presentation (to encourage team-to-team sharing of knowledge and resources), one-on-one consulting, and concentrated, directed team work sessions.
