  About Me: Many of you know me for my food and charm. Since cooking comes natural to me, I have been cooking pretty much all my life. Many of my ideas and recipes are related to my professional career since I have been living in Seattle and my life in Italy. I learned cooking techniques from my mom, relatives and by working with many talented chefs in different restaurants and major hotels in Seattle and New York. Nine months ago, I discovered the beauty and the joy of teaching at various schools in Seattle, Italy and people’s homes. I am now ready to teach cooking to others who appreciate the soul of food and the love of cooking.

  Other News: Also available, cooking and dinner party from your or friends house whose kitchen is big enough to host at least 8 people, the host will be in charge organizing the guest, getting the beverages, and meeting with me to create the menu. I will be doing the shopping and bring any equipment your kitchen may not have. Price will range from $ 50 and up depending on the menu and how many courses are wished. A server is also available at $ 25 per hour minimum of 4 hours.

  If you know someone whose kitchen is big enough to host 6 to 8 people, the host fee will be waived. This is a good opportunity to have a social event at their place and to learn how a chef uses your kitchen.
