Have photos of you and your family published in local history book!
I'm under contract with Arcadia Publishing to write a local pictorial history of that iconic Seattle department store Frederick & Nelson. If you're a Seattleite (or spent considerable time here) of a certain age (and you youngsters go ask your folks!) you most likely have a F&N memory or two...a fashion show at the Tearoom, making a gum wrapper chain in the Kindergarten, leaving a message about your whereabouts in the book by the bakery, eating a Frango Mint Sundae in the Paul Bunyan room, or a visit to the only "real" Santa Claus. I would love to include some of the personal photos and memories that I know are out there with many of you. I would need to borrow your photos for a short period of time to scan them for printing and you, or your family, would be appropriately acknowledged in the book.
So...bring out those photo albums! Call mom and dad and Aunt Hilda! Send me an email and be immortalized for history!
Thanks everyone!!!
Best,
Ann
