Hi- Since we are not yet funded, our nonprofit software social venture startup has had to use a company in India for our coding, and am not happy with the coder assigned us (for php/mysql). Can anyone suggest a great coder you know there or anywhere equally affordable ($15/hr)? We are getting seriously behind schedule. We are also seeking a designer, since the one we found is also taking forever.
