I'm looking for referrals to great, experienced Flash developers who are not only tech savvy but also good designers.

I need to help a client retool a software demo soon, and my usual (and amazing) Flash guy is booked out flat for 6 weeks. <sigh> What's a girl to do?

Yes, there definitely seems to be a shortage of good Flash developers with time on their hands these days. If you're feeling adventurous, you might try contacting a new member of Biznik who just joined from India, Tina Pangre. She sent me a nice email yesterday saying she's looking for Flash work in particular, so why not give her a try?

FYI, my client has postponed the project indefinitely. But I will still keep you in mind the next time something Flash-y comes up.
