Public Beta for new recruiting / hiring tool

I just launched Catch the Best for public beta this week. Basically, it's a web-based tool that helps you manage in the incoming resumes you get from job ads. • Tracking of votes and comments entered by you and your team mates, which are attached to each candidate's profile page.
• Tracking of emails sent to the candidate through the system.
• Ability to forward applications from your email into Catch the Best. Did someone send you a resume directly? No problem! Just forward it to the submission email address, and it will show up with all the other candidates at the site.
• Auto-responder emails sent to candidates when they submit an application, or when you archive or delete a candidate submission.
