seeking a landscaper

I'm looking for a landscaper to peridocially take care of our condo (6-plex) in Ballard. Have already searched Biznik, and didn't find the right fit. It's a straight forward garden maintenence project.

Know anyone you can wholeheartedly recommend?

Also, the search in the current version of Biznik sucks pretty bad. But it rocks in the next release, so hang in there - the new site will be launched before BizJam on June 9th, I will promise you that.
