I designed a large website for an apartment community developer with over 35+ properties. From time to time they add a new property and I expand the website.

When something glitches with the website I'm on call to fix it or investigate the bug. I'm a one man shop, and when on vacation I need a back-up to be able to handle any problems that arise. Usually very basic stuff if even only simply updating.

Probably limited work based on my above requirements, but I need a back-up nonetheless as stuff does break!

Please contact me to discuss. Thank you!!!

    Hi Matthew,

I have a friend who does content maintenence and is about to embark upon switching my website over so I can upgrade/ tweak it on my own...much like the new upcoming 2.0 biznik.

It would be helpful to know the website and the language(s)/database used to develop the site

    http://www.pacificliving.com/

At this point the only requirements for updating would be basic html and graphics, and a contact sheet of third party vendors that feed additional content.

    Hi Matthew,

Have you tried using AgencyLogic PowerSites (www.agencylogic.com) to represent each of the properties? Adding a new property would be as simple as creating a new site (all wizard based) - no HTML required.

    Cheers, Mark.
