Hey Richard, I'm feeling great!! Business has been good and I have noticed a HUGE improvement over last year.
How about you?
Following the great recession, we've been on a long hard slog to recovery. How are all you out there feeling? Have you seen an improvement this year over last?

Same thing. Starting in November of 2010 business has been raging compared to the last 2 years.
Hi Richard,
I'm feeling great although a bit pinched due to high gas prices and rising commodity prices. I fear stagflation on the horizon. I hope this is not the calm before the next storm.
My busines has grown about 30% year over year, so I can't complain.

Bill,
We're all looking forward to your next article on the secrets of your success. Fantastic results, keep up the great work.
Thank you Richard. I haven't quite decided what my next topic will be. Now that tax season is over, I have some time to think about it.
Bill
Slowly but surely, I've seen some improvement...but We're not out of the 2nd great depression yet.
My retirement has been postponed indefinitely.
Everything is picking up. I see a lot of new activity everywhere.
Great to hear Arthur
Our work falls primarily under discretionary marketing (with the exception of websites which have kept us profitable for the past two years), and our services are often among the first budget cuts when a recession hits (while I debate the wisdom of this, it's a fact of business).
But we're seeing a steady increase in new business, a fairly good sign that things are improving in general, not just for our niche.
Sounds like another vote for a recovery-in-process. Let's hope it continues Jeff.
You said your retirement has been postponed. I tell people I have failed retirement twice. I intend to keep working as long as I can. I'm not sure I could stand being totally retired. Although I have lots of hobbys, I prefer to stay active as an entrepreneur.
Bill
You and I are of like mind Bill. I tell my kids that vacation and sick time is for slackers. They don't always agree, but I love what I do and I can't imagine not working. The great recession is good excuse. I have no doubt I'll make up the lost ground and just keep going.
Good for you, keep up the the great work. What's life if you don't keep on sharing what you know with others. What others share with me empowers me and fuels the urge to nurture the entrepreneurial spirit.
Richard,
Well said. By the way, did you recently change your picture?
Bill
Yes I did. More serious and up to date.
Economy is picking up.
Don't knock the vacation and the time off that we all need to take off. All of my worst jobs where the boss glared at me when I had the audacity to take a day off. They and that attitude are in my rear view mirror. :)
My retirement has been postponed also. Business has been good, but commissions have been reduced, so it is a double edged sword.
Good luck to you Ron.
Thanks Richard, always looking for additional luck LOL. I enjoy helping those with their insurance needs and concerns so will keep moving forward.
