    Hi Brianna,

what a fun venture! I'd love to be part of it somehow...say hi anytime.

I haven't fully checked it out, but I just came across a resource that lets you resell [mom-related] products, as you are seeking to feature them.

    It's at: http://www.popshops.com

I found it thru one of our biznik members and I'm sure you can ping him for more info!

    :)

When do you expect to launch your site? I can provide travel articles - traveling with children, planning family reunions, "Me-time" for Mommy's - how to plan a weekend getaway, etc.

The site has actually already launched, it's just down because we transferred the domain last night. Sorry! It should be up again in about 12 hours!

I would love to see an article or two! My email address is brianna@mommyscompany.com

    Thanks!

How's about a Healthy Momma? When would you like some content and is there a particular theme?

    Joy

Posted by Brianna Young, Tulsa, Oklahoma | Aug 01, 2007

Health Mama would be great! I originally had Zen Mama in my head, but either one would work for it.

I had planned to have new content up today I'm having issues with the domain transfer. However, that should be resolved today. As soon as you could get an article to me to review, I can let you know!

The theme for other articles I have so far is a "Busy Mom" theme. Advice, tips, and gadgets to make a moms life less hectic.

If you're interested, shoot me an email!

    Thanks!

    Brianna,

I loved the idea. I have published one article on Ethics and family of origin here is a link to that article http://radianthealthcenter.info/EthicsArticle.htm .

I am interested in the Business Momma and I love tech toys too. I have owned by business for 14+ years. First as a single person married then the transitions of being married, then having one child and now two having two children each transition has challanges and rewards to both the business and to me.

These are great topics. I know many women who own their own businesses and would welcome your website. Let me know how I could help.

I am also a family therapist so I can write from both perspectives the professional and personal perspectives.

Let me know what you think.

    Karen

    Hello Brianna,

Any chance you will need a resident resume/cover letter expert to answer questions, provide guidance, etc.? You can visit my website for writing samples: http://resumeasap.com/resume-cover-letter-resources.html

    Hi Jennifer,

My core audience is mom business owners, so resumes aren't really something we need to discuss. However, I do have someone to put you in touch with! She's starting a resource site for all moms of all avenues...and I'll bet she'd love to have your input/link to you in some way! I'll message you as soon as I get her info!

Hi! I am so excited to see your post! Don't know how I can be involved - perhaps you could do a feature each month on Mama owned businesses - we do so many different and crazy things! I'd love to contribute to "Healthy Momma" - but what I do is parent ed, so perhaps not exactly right for what you are after...

Elizabeth, I love Organized Mom! I actually want to do a contest of some sort where the winner receives a consultation with an organizer. I will send you a message shortly...and I'm sorry I didn't see this thread until now!!

Rich, no you don't have to be a mom as long as your topics are mom-relevant. Are you a dad business owner? Hmmm...perhaps there's a market out there? :) Feel free to email me any article ideas you may have and we can chat about them! brianna@mommyscompany.com.

Hi, how 'bout "Cooking Mama?" I'm a professional cook, and easily the biggest challenge in my life has been cooking for my 12 year old stepson. I've got some good tips and tricks. (Hopefully, stepmama-ing counts too...)

    Brianna,

    Ni hao!

Take a look at my blog (link in profile), I do a lot of writing on Brand, Marketing, web site stuff and other business factors. I have just started populating my blog with articles I have written so not everything is there. If you feel my style would work for your 'business mom' readers, I would be interested in discussing further.

    Let me know.

    zou hao,

    Scott

    Brianna,

I think what you're doing is really cool! I've been watching CNN (Nancy Grace, Glenn Beck, ect.) and really freaked out right now about my son's safety in the world we live in today. I think it would be great it you had a "Saftey Momma".

Hey guys, thanks for posting and I'm sorry I haven't been keeping up with this thread. I haven't been feeling well!

Scott, I'd definitely be interested in talking with you about any article ideas you have! I'm swamped for the rest of the week. I'll put it on my calendar to contact you next week for sure!

Rich, great idea! Any thoughts on who would make a good Safety Mama?

    Thanks!!

Would you be interested in Green Momma. Between my daughter and I, we could do it. Please let me know what's required, i.e. word length etc. We're involved right now in launching Green Halloween, www.GreenHalloween.org and would love some exposure for that.

How is this all going, by the way? How many visitors are you getting etc.?

    Warmly, Lynn www.CoachWithLynn.com
