Wanted: Santa
Our company needs a Santa for our "Fun Friday" event that will take place on December 7th. We are hiring Santa from 11 am to 8 pm.
Are you Santa? Do you know a Santa that will be interested?

In the Seattle/Everett areas, Display & Costume has themed costumes for rent.

Sorry. Haven't traveled much in those lands since high school (cruising the Renton Loop). But the folks at Display and Costume are hella nice, I wouldn't be surprised if they could give you a referral.
And, here's a wild shot. Try calling around to the pawn shops in that area to see if anyone's had to sacrifice their santa suit for a pawn shop loan. Seriously. You might find something. And, if nothing else it could be a giggle. Put one of your elves on it :-)

I saved a bunch of money by going to Party City. I bought a pretty good Santa suit for about $65.
