Not Getting All My Email

I've received several direct emails in the past few days where people mentioned having tried to reach me via Biznik. I didn't receive their emails.

It also appears that no one has viewed my profile in 5 days. Although this may be accurate, I find it unusual. Would you please check out this function too.
