@Troy: You are experiencing a limitation of the Ajax technology we use to display that information on the page. When you go to "Page 2" of the list, it isn't actually a second HTML page. It is just repopulating the main field with cached data. This makes it faster, but also makes it so the Back arrow does not work as you would expect.
My suggestion (and the way I use it), is to hold down the Control key (or right click) when I click on a specific event in the Events List. This will open the event in a new Tab or a new Window in your browser. You can read about the event, RSVP, etc, and when done, just close that window. Then you will be back at the Events List again. I hope this technique is helpful to you!
@John: Every once in a while we hear of someone having troubles like this with the ratings system, but we have not been able to replicate the problem yet. (And without replicating it, fixing it is almost impossible.) When rating articles in the future, take each step with care and intention. If you can pin down what happened, when it happened, and the various software versions you have installed (OS and Browser), send it to me, and we will see if we can pin it down.
In the mean time, I rated the article a 10, which offset your unintended 5.
@Keith: I'll take a look at your profile and connect with you via direct message. Sounds like there might be something wonky in there that might need a gentle tap with a sledgehammer! :-)
