These days Twitter is all pervasive over internet and we the Twitter lovers can't seem to live without it. Was wondering who amongst the Bizniks was the first one to foresee the potential of Twitter and start using it. Do you remember the date you joined it? Lets see who were the first three early birds from the family of Biznik to embrace Twitter...

My first personal account was opened in May of 08. But before that I was working with a pr firm out of San Francisco to implement twitter in a tradeshow setting, which was the first use like that...that was kind of fun.
Though i was not among those who started tweeting a long ago but then really find it a piece of cake in which i might have grabbed my share early on..
Hey Anita, I know that I was not among the first, I got inspired by some Bizniks that were among the first in my book.

I joined twitter relatively recently like early 2009 @tammyredmon
I started my Twitter account on 1-25-09. I use it to post useful DIY publicity tips and resources primarily, and followers are finding me.
Like any social networking tool, it's essential to manage time and keep focus on those activities that directly influence business.
Enjoy!
I started using Twitter in February of 2009. As we got ready to launch our Sidecar Motorcycle Ice Cream Franchise in Seattle I used the tweets to gather marketing tips and info.
I've found it very helpful to do quick research through blogs and referenced web sites.
My friends enjoy my personal updates usually from Starbucks.
My first Tweet, September 3, 2008. My first few months on Twitter contained many silly, dumb posts. I'm glad to have been rather early in my use so as to have refined my posts before exposing myself to the large Twitter world that exists now.
I think I immediately & inherently understood that Twitter is important and powerful, but I am only just beginning to grok the many ways it can be used.
Tim O'Reilly has a new book out, "The Twitter Book" that I am thinking about downloading and studying. (Actually, the only reason I haven't downloaded it is b/c they make you join their org before buying the book; needless barrier.)
Thanks everybody for replying. However today i found a very cool tool with the help of which one can easily find the exact date of joining Twitter. http://whendidyoujointwitter.appspot.com/
Lets see some activity now regarding the dates of Bizniks using Twitter:-)
