Looking for volunteer help with friend-raiser coming up June 20th

I am working to put together a friend-raiser event on June 20th in the Georgetown neighborhood. I've already got a space donated at The Stables and a band I sing in will be one of hopefully 2 performances that night.

Is there anyone who might be interested in a short term volunteer opportunity over the next few weeks, including helping me sort out food/bev? Other help I will need is as follows: set up an Evite to handle invitations, ticketing, tracking attendees (max 75 for space, including band members), and donations.
