Exit Strategy is a great place to hold Biznik educational events. Need to talk with Tom Guerny there to access. I believe that you need to bring your own computer to show on the screen for powerpoint. Not sure about projector possibilities.

Keller Williams Western Realty. Free, fully accessible room, all hours. The caveat is that I need to be there, so plan on me being your co-host! Projector available, white board. Seats up to 40. Free parking, although it can get full sometimes.

The Bellingham Community Food Co-op has a space at their downtown location, called the Connections Building.
It is available at no charge, provided the person reserving the space is a member of the Co-op.
Email Kevin (He's a wonderful person and eager to help!) at kevinm@communityfood.coop to inquire about specific dates/times and to reserve the room.
It's generally available during regular store hours (9 am to 9 pm every day), as long as the Co-op itself or some other community member is not already using it.
Educational meetings and social/networking events are permitted. However, the building can't be used to promote or sell a service or product.
The space has tables, chairs, a small kitchen with basic cooking supplies, and restroom facilities.

Thanks, Wenty, Meredith, and Tshombe- great ideas.
I know there is a new space in the new Cordata Community Food Co-op and will be looking into that.
We had a get-tgether at Cafe' Caffee the other day and is was not noisy - plenty of room and brought more folks in the door to support this business - a great side benefit.
What other restaurants and coffee houses are looking to get more people to come by?

Bob's at Barkley is quiet early in the morning. Gateway of course is free the first event and could be good. And the Food Garden is another great place that has a back room area perfect for the 10 to 30 size groups.
