Hi Lori! I'll be the first to introduce myself. Sorry I've been a little tardy with this request.

I am a freelance writer who helps companies increase web traffic, sales and visibility by providing well written content, no matter what the form. I have provided clients with case studies, web copy, white papers, articles, press releases and press room, bios, newsletters and media relations.

I am also a freelance journalist who writes for various publications.

    Hello everyone!

As a firm believer of "Good thoughts not shared are worth squat!", I would love to learn & share the ideas with other members.

I recently started a small business, komericanECO.com, Korean-American Eco Friendly Wear with two things in mind. Heritage & Earth.

I myself am a Komerican (Korean-American) and have an Irish hubby, who encouraged me to start this business. Yep, you read it right:) As I was getting ready to launch my website komericanECO.com, I realized how much I missed Korea & how proud I am being a Komerican. A special thank you to my grandma, who raised me to be a good Korean woman but with the free spirit:)

So visit my website komericanECO.com & explore beautiful Korean scripts, designs & friendship.

I spent a 30 year career in the high tech corporate world before becoming a small business owner 5 years ago in the low tech world of food. What a learning curve! What doesn't kill us makes us stronger, right?

The Easy Entree is my baby, helping people put hassle-free home cooking on their dinner table at $3 per serving.

I absolutely love what I do and get my greatest satisfaction when spending time with my customers.

Let's talk anytime, anywhere about social media marketing. I have so much to learn and will, of course, share anything I've absorbed.

Great to hear from everyone - how about the rest of you?? I'd suggest two paragraphs, or 8-10 sentences. Remember, this isn't to know EVERYTHING about you - but to pique our curiosity!

Thank you for the invitation to share. My sons and I operate B3 Productions using video and podcasting services along with press release writing and distribution to serve forward thinking companies. The inspiration to help organizations understand the benefits of using social web practices comes from the passion I feel in helping them tell their story.

This entrepreneurial moment in time comes a bit late in life for me but, I am very excited about the opportunity to use the skills, lessons and experiences I have accumulated over a life time of taking care of the customer. Lets get together, share our passions and help each other.

Hi Lori! I consider biznik a very exciting medium, so a very big thank you for your good works here! As an entrepreneur I run a little close to my own grindstone --so meeting others who share best business values is important to my sanity as well as my success. I'm a own my licensed mortgage branch office in Bellingham. As brokers, we have access to over 100 banks, including FHA, VA, USDA, FHA/Reverse, private, commercial and SBA banks. Which means I have the resources to solve your real estate investment challenges. My former career was in communications, so I enjoy boiling down complex ideas and producing results. I also get a kick out of helping people buy their first home or build new. Must be the old designer in me!

My goal as a solopreneur, is to do good things with good people for good reasons. In that vein I founded Focus Northwest about five years ago to engage with my community of entrepreneurs. We recently started an online group here for more fun and profit...for all!

P.S. I hope someone is bringing a ukulele for the train trek to Portland...so we can jam a bit! Cheers, Susan

I'm actually licensed as Reliable Robert by the state. My wife Marlene and I are the Campbells of RE/MAX, with way too many combined years of marketing, sales and real estate to retire yet.

We enjoy introducing others to the great qualities of life available in our neck of the woods.

You know how people get a little stressed out, a little uptight and uncertain, when they need to do something not common in their everyday lives--like selling their home or buying a new one?!

Well, we are the pros who take all the worry out of it, while our clients go about their lives as close to normal as possible. Tell your co-workers, firends or family.

Keep up the great introductions! Encourage other small biz owners in Whatcom, Skagit, and Island counties to join Biznik where the focus is on collaboration over competition - and we'd love to see them post more about themselves.

Hello all you other BWSIBC'ers. My name is Trina Bol and my business title is Eventologist. What does that mean and how can that help me you might be asking.....

Well, I am an event planner. If it's a get-together, for any reason, I can design it, organize it and put it all together into a completed event. (And yes, I can even stick within a budget)

My partner and I do everything from children's birthday parties to corporate events for thousands of guests. Our company has an eleven year history in the ever evolving events industry so there isn't much we haven't seen or heard of.

We really love to help other businesses reach out to their communities, clients and employees in ways they might not have thought of by hosting events. Our other great love? We love to take people to fun places and help them have a great time. Like taking scrapbookers to Hawaii for 4 days or a group of 15 people to Vermont for a photo tour when the fall foilage comes in. If you can imagine it, we can do it.

I just joined Biznik this morning and thought I would jump right in. I have an organic gardening business. I specialize in container gardens, seasonal color, specialty pruning and now vegetable gardening. I love to help people beautify their outdoor environments. I also do houseplants. I would like to develop more clients in Skagit County. Cheers...
