    Hi Lori,

I'll make that long trek to Bellingham, Blaine, or even to Lynden - whatever works best for all. Best times for me are generally around lunch 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. as I have school schedules to work around.

I'd be happy to contribute marketing communications expertise and ideas relating to web sites, media relations, articles and newsletter/customer communications.

I'm always game to learn more about how I can increase my sales and use web tools to improve my web site.

    Thanks for spearheading this effort!

For events, I'd like to see Brainstorming sessions on behalf of entrepreneurs with questions/quandries.

For times, I personally like end of day sessions that don't cut too much into my evening (i.e., 4-6 pm). Sometimes weekend events would be nice, too.

Number/size: I like having all sorts of smaller events to choose from.

Location: I'd travel a county or two for an event, but I don't want to have to stay over.

Price: I'd don't mind contributing to the costs of putting on an event (in fact I don't feel comfortable not contributing), so long as they're usually low to moderate, $5-$20 for most events.

    Thanks for asking, Lori!

I lve Kelly's format for reply so I'll follow suit....

Style of Events: Some educational, Mostly social, unique (not just at the local restaurant kind of events)

Times: I'm pretty flexible on time. I wouldn't mind some weekend stuff but things that run too late into the evening generally get overruled by my family life.

Number/Size: I tend to like smaller events as you get more of a chance to really get to know the other attendees. However, there is a lot of power and dynamics in meeting in large groups. (they can really fuel the passion to connect)

Price: I probably wouldn't pay more than $25 to attend a netwoking/educational event. I love being able to go and be responsible to "buy a drink or an appetizer". It puts the financial output in my hands which can be important in these economic times.

Hosting: I'm hosting my first event and have a couple ideas for others. I would always be willing to discuss co-hosting Biznik events with others.
