Jan 30, 2010 I just run the business by myself, pretty new to all this! Also, my prices are retail but I have had wholesale orders too, which I lower the prices for. But really I do not have a lot of orders yet at all. Hopefully that will change soon!

Jan 30, 2010 Hello everyone! I'm very interested in this group - I love Lynn's messages she sends out and I've heard really good things about the events. I'm hoping to make it to an event very soon!
Have you seen the show 'Clean Sweep' or 'Clean House'? I help people get organized - but I'm nicer than the shows. I work with people in their homes AND their businesses. I also teach classes and workshops on organizing and productivity!
I just finished a very busy month of teaching and speaking ... my calendar is a little lighter for the rest of the quarter but if you are interested in learning more about me - check out my website at: www.clearintentionsnw.com
I'm in the process of dropping my business name and just using my name - but I haven't changed the website.

Jan 30, 2010 Hello, Power Chicks!
I'm another new member out in the Portland, OR area (maybe there are enough of us now to have more events of our own?), working from a home office, and using online resources to keep myself from talking to the dog TOO much.
I'm an IT consultant, and I help small- to mid-sized businesses (and non-profits) figure out how to solve their business problems with technology.
That broad job description means that I get to do everything from help a client build a custom software solution or website, to helping them implement an existing software package, to teaching them how to use the software they already have to do new things. It's fun to get to be involved in so many different kinds of problem-solving projects.
Now I just need to find an online social outlet for the dog, so he doesn't get too lonely...

Feb 11, 2010 Hi Everybody,
I cannot believe I haven't introduced myself here but I did look at all of you and thought, "What a fantastic group of women!" I always get energy from women who give so much of themselves in service of others' empowerment.
My background? I'm a former professor of philosophy, psychology, religion and gender studies (often teaching in philosophy departments). In 2006, I switched to my own coaching business when I lost my teaching job and was replaced by a temp, like so many other Americans.
Because of working in publishing while getting my doctorate and keeping my jobs by publishing my own books like crazy, I know how to help you navigate this process of becoming an author with the least hassles.
Checkout my book publishing workshop coming up the first Friday in March at the Ballard Library (10:15-11:45).
Sign up for a free 30" sample session if there's anyway you'd like to see how we might work together: 206.617-8832.
Until next time,

Feb 11, 2010 Hi there Power Chicks!
This is kinda funny...I live in Cleveland, OH and somehow stumbled upon your group. I loved the name because it sounded like me! But now I realize it's a local group in Seattle, WA - I hope you don't mind if I follow anyways! (I've been to Seattle a bunch, does that count????!)
I am a Holistic Health Counselor and I work with clients who are struggling with eating healthy and living a balanced lifestyle. Most of my clients who come to me are interested in losing weight, improving their health, creating more healthy habits, and decreasing stress. I specialize in sugar addiction and adrenal exhaustion, which is an extremely prevalent condition in our society that many people suffer from and don’t even realize.
My website is WellnessWithAngela.com, which is currently under construction. My new site is to be released soon and I can't wait! If anyone is interested, I posted an event I am having this evening via teleseminar on The Health Benefits of Chocolate Demystifed! You can sign up here if you'd like to join --> http://mim.io/a4162
