It is these beliefs, thoughts, and feelings that create your world and they directly influence every single aspect of your business, including leadership and management quality, team productivity, operational efficiency, marketing effectiveness, and the value of your products and services. I’ll paraphrase Albert Einstein who once stated that “you can’t solve a problem with the same mind that created it.” Therefore, in today’s economic times, it is imperative that we upgrade our beliefs, thoughts, and feelings that result in the decisions and choices we make; these choices and decisions determine the actions we take, that in turn, create our experiences of the world in and around us.
