Yup. I noticed that, too. We do have a few in the group who have positively responded to my query re willingness to lead/present short (30 min) sessions for our group on what networking strategies/skills have been most successful to their businesses. Starting next week I've created more time for myself to network, such as to help pull together some on-going meetings at for our group. Meetings could be at Espresso Buono or other EDMONDS/LYNNWOOD venues suggested by group members. Ideas?
Edmonds/Lynnwood (?)
Just have to grin that two out of three of the upcoming events are far from Edmonds/Lynnwood.

Espresso Buono Good! I'm putting together several topics for which I'll be charging. I have years of marketing and sales team training under my belt, with building and maintaining a contact resource management database (CRM) that actually works (if you work it). Additionally, I'll be offering sessions on time management skills to increase profitability. I'll be charging $20/person for these plus the $5 BizNik fee.
Thoughts? Interest?

Sounds good! I've had similar sessions put on by a Bizniker .. but sessions were not listed as Biznik events as non-bizniks were invited to attend and trainers did it as part of their business. They charged for their workshops. Another large Biznik event was free. What are you calling "the $5 BizNik fee" ? Many Biznik events are free...but I do need to charge (or request donations) of about $5/person to reserve space for events - especially if we/you use spaces larger than Espresso Buono available in our business park. I don't plan to charge a fee for Edmonds/Lynnwood Networking group meetings that I host at Espresso Buono but it is always nice when attendees purchase a menu item!

My understanding is that if you charge for an event that BizNik also charges $5 a head and you need to include that in you fee.
