    The most powerful 'art' I know for growing in the 'skill' of engagement is the art of improvisation. The Applied Improv Network has their annual US conference this year in Portland! I highly recommend it, I've been for the past two years and feel 'at home' with these people, learning tons, having fun and leaving empowered with great new ideas and interactivities.

    This sounds like FUN Leif. I'm going to check it out. I've never done improv. but every time I teach it is an alive,spontaneous, interactive experience.
