Hey Aimee!!! HOw are things in SoCal?? I miss it! I still teach spinning classes around town. Cindy and I have our energy therapy practice, doing lots of workshops. LA Fitness opened a gym in Ballard, the swimming pool is awesome, don't know how they clean it but its like swimming in fresh water! Love it. How are you staying busy???

Balance is a moment by moment decision for me. Frequent pauses to stop, breathe and check in with myself is vital to maintaining balance in my life. Great topic, Aimee. I look forward to reading others responses. Thanks, PJ Harris, LMP

    PJ,

Breath is so important! And so simple! Funny how that works.

I find frequent journaling to keep me in balance. I am able to recognize the signs and symptoms of being imbalanced when I put it all out on paper and get my thoughts flowing outward. I also find creative solutions faster.

And lists -- lists are pivotal!
