Subscribe to Overcome the e-Myth of struggle. - Discussion How do you keep yourself going when you don't have enough clients?

One thing I constantly hear from my clients is, " I need more clients. What can I do?"

Part of being in business is that cash flow goes up and down and client load varies. One thing that helps me is to rev up the marketing and get out there and talk to people. It always makes me feel back on track.

What do you do?

I write articles, collaborate with other businesses, and find ways to make myself visible to people.

Taylor- great response. Not everything we do has a direct payment but it's that indirect stuff that builds our business. I always enjoy spending time with you.

Network, network, network, in person and via websites. I also spend time seeing what needs changed, improved, and such within my business and office. I am always busy.

Marketing is everything and it's easy to work hard but not get good results. It could be because you are not following a good marketing plan. I discovered this myself and my client load tripled once I followed my own advice.
