Subscribe to Personal Productivity and Growth - Discussion Happiness Monologue: A Talking Exercise

I'm taking the 8 week online Happiness Course, and you can follow along on at http://davelcsw.com or my twitter feed http://bit.ly/8happyweeks .

Does happiness lead to greater productivity? I think so. In the next 8 weeks I will be exploring happiness, ways of bringing happiness into my life, and evaluating the effects of happiness on my personal and work life. I'll share all of this on my blog, and here. Read on. Add to the discussion.

The instructions for Happiness Monologue exercise are very brief. Just talk for 10 minutes about happiness. It's better if you find someone to talk to, and then take a turn listening. This is an exercise in honesty, not in trying to come up with the right answer. After all, there is no "right" answer, when you become honest, you'll discover that there are many "right" answers. I've posted my Happiness Monologue at http://bit.ly/i6FEf , or at http://davelcsw.com
