The sessions tell the story of the entrepreneurial cycle using case studies submitted by participants. By using the case study method we create a platform for the open interchange of concrete ideas that participants can in the future use and apply to their own similar situations. The specifics of the case study will vary from month to month, for example a case study may focus on whether to bring on an employee, and the legal , financial and organizational ramification of that type of decision, or it may examine one company's tussle with a social media strategy. The end result, however, will be a stimulating and insightful discussion that examines complex issues from a variety of perspectives. At our sessions, you will have opportunities to review goals and challenges, strategize, build solutions, and create relationships with other business owners.
