Sorry but in my opinion I would say that you are using very important "above the fold" space for flash that is not needed.
The fonts are too bold and is hard to read. It looks like you have it at 1232 wide which makes most people have to scroll left to right.
The home page text focuses on your company too much and not the client. Change it to why they should do business with you not who you are. In addition, the other copy has way too many turtles on it and its distraction from the core business. A few would be nice on an about the letherback page. That would link fro the about us.
You have coming soon pages. Get something on them asap or remove them. Noone wants to see what you intend to do in the future.
Where's Teddy should be on another page and not part of the main navigation. Unless that is your company focus.
Your links to other sites do not target out.
