I have been brought in as CFO for Natioanl Security Corp.(NSC) and COO for the BOSS Division.

For the past decade the company has been the marketer of off the shelf cellular and security devices and systems. Three years ago NSC development a Biometric product called BOSS. The BOSS has many applications and serves many Homeland Seurity needs. I worked with Congress and the Homeland Security Committee and have 12B in the stimulus package for the purchase of our product.

The BOSS was Beta Tested in Southern California (see www.safeyellowbus.com for which you can see all the media attention, the product in use, and the many applications for the BOSS). We hold patents and application patents for the US, UE, and Asia.

I am moving the BOSS Division of the company to Portland, OR. We have invested 1M in BOSS's development. We need another 1.2M. We have 20M in committed sales. Clients are now receiving Federal money for the purchase of our product.

Our need: Help in writing additional computer code, helping in working with VC, Angels, and our SBA lender, and last grant writer so we can tap into the 14 grants, two of which are for us, so we can finish our second/final BETA Test and begin product delivery and installations.

    Hi Al,

    I have a couple of contacts that may be able to help you. Both are non-local, but the world as it is today, that probably will not be an issue if they are able to assist you.

    The first contact is my good friend, Marshall de Leon, who has experience securing capital for large projects (in the Millions of dollars). If you are on LinkedIn, I can make an introduction, since Marshall is in my network.

    Someone else who may be able to assist you in the Venture Capital arena is my friend Alicia Castillo, who I've known for almost 5 years. She's a Venture Capitalist based in Perth, Australia. She's also on LinkedIn, so I'd be happy to make that introduction, as well.
