It's time to get back into our bodies and experience the physical world. These Walk and Talks are all about local walkabouts. So, go ahead, I dare you to post one in your neighborhood.

Suggestions for hosting Walk and Talks:

1. Ask that people show up with their devices off. This is about connecting with people in the present space/time continuum, not about texting, twittering and answering calls.

2. Make your meeting spot very clear.

3. Let people know what time to meet and what time the walk will start...and which direction you'll be going so they can catch up if they are late.
