How User-Friendly is Your Website?
Often too many companies focus on designing “cool” websites and in the process completely leave the user out of the design concept. While you want to create a website that has a strong visual impact and coaxes the visitor to linger awhile, you want them to linger for the right reasons. For example, you want a customer to stay on the site because they are intrigued by the content not because they can’t figure out how to bypass your flash intro.
What elements have you incorporated (or left out) in order to make your website more user-friendly? Have you reduced clutter? Simplified the navigation? I’d love to hear your input.
