Wordpress Plug-Ins

What are some of your favorite plugins? I'm pretty new to WP but here are a couple of mine:

BNS Log-In: A plugin providing a link to the dashboard; and, a log in and out link. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bns-login/
