Crossing That Line...

When you're juggling a ton of different projects like I do, it's very easy to wander off in the weeds and not really have any worthwhile results to show from all your effort.

Here's what you need to concentrate on instead.

Finish what you start.

If you finish it, you can use it/sell it/forget about it and then move on to the next thing on the list.

Sure it's work. But when you cross that item off your to-do list, it just... feels... wonderful!!!

You may be tired but you're smiling. :-)

So focus on finishing. It'll transform your business and your life.

I am really running into this problem right now. I am juggling our own start up (www.ratemystudentrental.com) and a software and marketing company (www.alfajango.com) there is so much to do daily plus multiple client projects. I am trying to come up with a system that works for me.

My Dad (another successful entrepreneur of multiple ventures) suggested I read "Getting Things Done" by David Allen.
