I use this practical tool that  help finding  clients motivations and real desires. this  a great tool for sales and customer service

"Hidden motivation in the face 3 secctions "

first secction from the hair line to the eyebrows if this is the biggest part of your clients face they are all about information and comparing information, they need you to know the ins and outs and would like you to help them compare what you are offering to your competitors

the second section is from the eyebrows to the tip of the nose. If this is the predominant part of you clients face they are all about problem solving, effciency and savings, 

the third secction is from the tip of the nose to the lower part of the chin

these are people looking forn an experience, a feeling, Very impulsive If you can make them envision they will go for it. It is very impulsive buying, you need to tap into the feeling and experience.

Face reading is an art and has great results if applied to develop business relationships I will create an event to talk about it , if enough people are interested. After all that is what wee see all day FACES
