How to Play................Is a system designed to deliver wellness by addressing basic quality of life issues. The program is accessible, sustainable, palatable and fun. How to Play................Is a system designed to deliver wellness by addressing basic quality of life issues. The program is accessible, sustainable, palatable and fun. It utilizes play, laughter, movement, interactive exercises, meditation and guided imagery to explore the roots of pain, illness and inner conflict.

I custom design each program to meet the needs of the groups I work with. I have utilized it for a wide variety of populations both in my nursing practice and as an entepreneur. Playing with fat addresses food issues. How to play with your children is about parenting strategies. How to play in your life deals with managing stress in troubling times. Playful relationships for singles and couples adresses how to find and keep the love of your life. I also build programs to designed to improve wellbeing and quality of life in the face of chronic illness.

These programs have been custom designed for with clientele that are as diverse as they are specialized including: parenting women offenders, people struggling with body image and weight loss, preschoolers and health care professionals.

I also offer programs to health care providers that teach them how to utilize these concepts with their own clientele. [less]
