The study uses industry data to find the "weak links" in your business. Improvement in these areas lead to direct and often large bottom line increases.

The consult explores likely causes of these areas in need of improvement and suggestions for taking action are discussed. During the consult you are shown how to use a benchmarking tool to manage to greater profits and a better business model.

This does require up to date financials either in a Quickbooks file (PC versions) or exported to a spreadsheet.
