Art is life. Art is change. Art can heal and empower. The arts are critical in the development of healthy human beings. These are the things I believe, and the beliefs I act upon in my business - and in the lives of my clients.

Thank you for taking your time to meet me here in cyberspace and learn a little bit about one of the things I do and how together we can use art to help make a difference in our world...

I've uploaded a video on my Biznik profile that explores the jewel of my arts-based programs, "Empty & Meaningless: the Box Project". It's a workshop structure about relationships and our point-of-view that creates the experience we have of our relationships--and gives us a tool to have the last word in creating healthy, loving, authentic bonds with the people who matter in our lives.

This short story produced by and for MediaTV out of Toronto Canada about Empty & Meaningless is a great introduction illustrating one of the driving forces behind why I choose art, and working with artists, as the pathway to my personal and professional fulfillment--the application of the arts in every area of our lives elicits positive change.

It was the results of the effect of this program in people's lives that inspired my current business, Working Artists LLC - an Arts-based business Incubator/Accelerator in Portland, Oregon with a social entrepreneurial focus.

To date, over 500 people have taken part in Empty & Meaningless: the Box Project workshops... The video on my profile shares the stories of two of those folks...
