I am the manager and wine director of a fabulous new restaurant that recently opened in Bothell called "Preservation Kitchen." I oversee and organize our staff, plan fun events which are open to the public, and I am responsible for everything "wine" in the restaurant - including tastings, winery tours and winemaker dinners!

Preservation Kitchen preserves the art of dining, preserves local community by using all fresh, local farms, businesses and local wineries, and is preserving a beautiful piece of Bothell's history - the 1916 Kaysner house which was home to the first Mayor of Bothell, and then to French Master Chef Gerard Parrat for many years as "Relias de Lyon" an award winning French restaurant.

We are providing our guests a beautiful place to dine where their dollar truly goes farther. We have carefully priced our menu between $12-26/entree so that we are an affordable choice not only for a special celebration, but also because you just don't feel like cooking every day of the week! [less]
