  In writing a testimonial for my amazing experience with Studio Evolve I realized the email I wrote to my family might express things best. Here it is:

  I have been doing Pilates once a week over the last month, and it has already made a significant change in my body. I am looking forward to much more healing and health from this! My instructor had similar injury and is very trained, intuitive, and personally familiar with where to work with my body.
