Your body/mind is a microcosm of the universe, I help you to navigate....

Regardless of your experience level, working closely with a private teacher will afford you an opportunity to learn about your practice quickly and thus get more out any yoga class or your personal practice. I am a certified yoga instructor who has been teaching privately and publicly throughout the area for the last three years. I teach single students and small or large groups in various convenient places throughout Seattle and the Eastside and may also come to your place of business.

I integrate supported poses and give Reiki energy work to the energetic openings that you create with asana practice. I also teach classes and workshops throughout the city. I incorporate my constantly-evolving meditation and philosophy to track the movements of inner psyche throughout this physical practice. I combine my offerings with your interests, often pairing yoga with running, hiking, painting, writing, music and various styles of movement.

I am also a painter, illustrator, muralist and portrait artist. I do soul portraiture and live painting at events and with various local bands throughout the west coast. My work is surreal and draws much basis from ancient archetypal symbology from Eastern Europe.

I am best when I'm fully involved in a moment (we all are). Channeling, Integration and expansion of energies, perceptions, limitations and realities. I am adept at opening the floodgates between myself and the universal pool and directing its flow towards a creature, a painting, an event, a place, a memory.

There are few things that I actually need. I am open to meeting yoga students, other healers, collaborators for installations, musicians and performers who want live painting accompaniment, art commissions, patrons, and collectors. I am also collecting fusion ideas and cool spaces to to use for various workshops and classes and perhaps involve in a migrating yoga program.

I would also like to work with an agent--as I would like to spend more time painting and less time selling, as well as spaces who want to show my art.

Liberal Arts Bachelor's Degree with a focus on integrative medicine and Art Therapy from The Evergreen State College. Yoga Teacher certification from Samadhi Yoga in Seattle and almost a second level certification in Universal Yoga from Andrey Lappa

Art and fine craftsmanship sales/representation for various local artists, I co-facilitated a private gallery in Pioneer Square, taught art and led groups at a local psychiatric day facility and worked as a lifeguard. I have paintings all over the world. I've painted live with various musicians in spaces throughout town, incuding Chop Suey, Tost, Little Red Studio, and Local Color. I organized and collaborated with other performers including dancers, other painters, yoga performance.
I have also worked with various yoga students for extended periods of time and watched their lives and perception of self do ecstatic backflips as they learned to embrace the endless yummy feelings their bodies were made to produce.
