  • Do you know a good on-line scheduling application?

    Hi Guys,

A client of mine is finding it increasingly difficult to contain the time it takes to schedule her clients (she's a counselor) via emails, and asked me if I could build an on-line calendar.

She needs it to be pretty flexible and robust, though, so a simple, shared calendar (a la google calendar or ical over .Mac) won't do it. She wants to do things like:

    • Blocking times/days automatically and according to a booking just made (e.g., a buffer time after an hour session).

    • Accepting payment and confirming booking via automated email message, and reminders

    • Take other data related to the service from the customer (like address, phone number, etc.) and store them securely online

I found a few sites (like http://www.genbook.com/), but none that exactly answers her needs.

Does any of you know of any such service, or use them yourself? What's your experience? How do you cope with booking your time for consultation? I'd appreciate your insights...
