  I first like to talk to my clients and listen and understand their needs. After getting information from them, we together discuss options and then begin the actually loan process. I usually gather the following things from my clients. 1.) Copy of front and back of DL. (OR or WA) Needed for the Patriot Act Form. 2.) Copy of their SSI card. This is required for the Patriot Act Form 3.) Copy of last 2-3 months bank statements, checking and savings. 4.) Copy of paystubs for last 30 days. 5.) Copy of S.S.I. retirement award letter if they recieve SS Income 6.) Copy of W-2's for last two year or Three years tax returns with all schedules if self employed. 7.) Copy of Bankruptcy, Divorice Decree, Consumer Credit Counseling or Child Support or Spousal Support award letter if any of these apply. 8.) Sign completed loan application Good Faith Est. and Truth in Lending along with all forms including Rate Lock/Float agreement and Disclosure form addressing all fee's I will charge associated with the loan application.
