As a spiritual director, my role is to provide support for you on your spiritual path, and hold space for the mystic in you to come forth. During our sessions, the agenda is yours to name, and my role is to listen for how the Divine interacts with you. I will remain flexible and present as I accompany you in the journey, whether that support comes out as nurturing, explorative, or challenging.

Being a "spiritual person" doesn't have to look a particular way, and my goal is that your unique brilliance and individuality, insights and values come forth to empower you. One size never fits all.

I "stay connected" with a daily meditation time, and my own path has integrated, at different times, Buddhism, Taoism, Tantra, Shamanism, Native American spirituality, Catholicism and evangelical Christianity, as well as men's work, transformational work and co-counseling. Therefore my understanding and acceptance of one's to the Divine is grounded in personal experience and acceptance of diversity.

I'm a pretty good dancer, write a pretty good song (alpolito.net) and damn! My chili is good.
