I utilize natural and alternative therapies to facilitate healthy effective living through my private practice, classes and group coaching.  Available in Kirkland WA, Gold Bar WA, and via phone

I ask people "What do you want different in your life?"  Better relationships?  Better health?  Satisfying work? Spiritual Connection? Abundance, Peace, Happiness, Love, Balance, Joy?  To do what you set out to do?  To know how to create the life you prefer and actually accomplish what you intend?  Once goals are clear, we set out together to facilitate authentic life change from the inside out, utilizing powerful, effective tools, knowledge, and their own Inner Knowing.

I am most skilled in helping clients understanding how they participate in creating their own life experience and shifting their thoughts and beliefs to those more supportive of creating the life they came here to live. 

The Integrative Therapy process help clients:

Explore the thought, belief and life experience relationship.

Reshape thinking habits and restructure belief systems, so they support intention.

Learn to use other speciric tools to intentionally influence life experiences.

Clients move out of "stuckness," out of victim mentality, out of powerlessness, no more living life by "default."  Instead, they shift into empowered thinking and practicing of tools that shift life experience towards their own best life, guided by their own Inner Knowing. 

Referrals to individual sessions, and two groups.  Individual sessions and groups are available in Gold Bar and Kirkland.

I have certification and significant education in kinesiology, energy healing, spiritual healing, master herbalist, psychosynthesis, intuition, thought discipline, and other natural and alternative life changing therapies and disciplines. 

I am licensed as Registered Counselor.

In addition to how helpful Integrative Therapy is for individuals struggling with the problems we all face; my financial and business background provide a significant insight in how to utilize these practices in business.

I spent 23 years simultaneously studying natural and alternative healing while working in the health care field of home health and hospice finance, the last nine years as Director of Finance.  Though hospice is a valuable service, watching people die prematurely of preventable illness fueled my dream to participate in helping people move towards healthier more effective living.  So in 1996, I decided to utilize my 23 years of study in natural and alternative therapies and remedies and build a practice in natural counseling and coaching for healthy effective living.  After ten years in private practice and a recent move to Gold Bar, WA, I now have a new office in Kirkland and a second one in Gold Bar.  I provide private one on one sessions from 2 to 3 hours or more each, classes in Thought Discipline, and groups in Co-Creative Coaching.  I also write articles as well as teach and write curriculum with partners in Co-Creative Coaching.
