I am a Virtual Assistant that specializes in helping Sales and Marketing Professionals. I have a background in Insurance Sales. I have strong skills in data analysis and reporting.

I am very computer literate and have extensive knowledge in MicroSoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access. I am also very well verse in CRM's such as ACT, SalesForce, FreeCRM.com, etc. My company reviews companies current systems and recommend a "plan" to improve those systems. Each plan is individually tailored for a client and is based on the budget of the client. We also perform daily adminstrative tasks such as word processing, data entry, etc. We also do more complex tasks such as building a compensation system in Excel or Access, acting as an Administrator for your CRM, training on software, bookkeeping, etc.

I am at my best when I'm working with numbers. I love numbers and I'm currently in school to finish up my Accounting degree. I eventually plan to sit for CPA exam and also obtain a MBA. I love working in Excel. I also love to train others on different systems.

I need clients who fit my niche. I have a niche that is not as popular as some of the other VA niches such as PR, marketing, web design, etc. I know there is a need for a VA that has the financial background that I have.

I attended Rutgers University for Computer Science and I'm currently enrolled in Bryant & Stratton College majoring in Accounting.

My recent experience comes from a major Insurance company. I was a Senior Financial Consultant. I have experience with forecasting, creating financial models, creating databases, data analysis and so much more. I can always forward my resume, if requested. I also have references that can be checked.
