Who should attend?

Career professionals who are considering a career move or career professionals who are in transition.

Intention of program:

To offer an affordable, high-value career transition program for professionals who want support in realizing their vision for their career. Career coaching provides the client with the support needed to create and implement their new, more fulfilling career direction.

To embrace strategies that result in greater opportunities. To share ideas and provide feedback with other professionals who have similar challenges. To offer an affordable alternative to one-on-one coaching.

Format: Coaching sessions are 1 hour, 3x a month for 4 months. Each participant gets a 2-3 minute check-in each meeting along with 1 minute of feedback. We then provide a 15-minute presentation on a relevant topic and start discussion. Each session a volunteer will be coached on an issue of their choice.

Enrollment: Minimum of 4 participants, maximum of 8 per group. Four month commitment (12 sessions). Cost is $169 per month (3 sessions).

Program starts in Feb. 2009— Wednesdays at 10am CST:

February 4th, 11th, 18th; March 4th, 11th, 18th; April 8th, 15th, 22nd; May 6th, 13th, 20th
