I am passionate about helping people create the life they want to live, from the inside out. In my therapy practice I facilitate and support people as they begin to grow through and let go of the obstacles that have been holding them back in their daily lives. I use traditional talk therapy, Lifespan Integration, Hypnotherapy, and subtle energy work depending on the wants and needs of my clients.
